Rules and regulations for AOR

General

a) Respect others.
b) Help others.
c) You MUST register on the forums and check them often as it is our main way of guild communications.
d) All public channels such as guild chat, raid chat and vent/teamspeak are PG13 unless otherwise stated.
e) You must use any and all guild required mods or you cannot partake of guild events.
f) While you are not expected to attend EVERY guild event, if you do not want to partake of guild events at all, please find another guild.
g) Vent is for guild related usage.
h) New recruits have a two week probationary period.

Guild Events

a) All guild events will now be posted in Group Calendar.
b) Sign up for guild events through Group Calendar. Please be ready to go 15 minutes before the expected starting time.
c) People signed up have preference over non-signed up people. If you are not online 15 minutes after the starting time, your spot will be given to the next available player interested in going. You may be asked to step down however to help sort out correct classes needed. For example, rarely are two tanks needed in a 5 man instance.
d) If you get dc'd when in a group/instance/raid, if a replacement is brought in, you will get your spot back when you return.

Loot

a) Loot is distributed on a need basis. If you need it, roll on it. Raid loot works the same. The raid leader will ask who is interested, if more than one, they roll on the item.


Discipline

a) General: 3 strikes, you’re out. Expires after 3 months.
b) Harassment: Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. Disciplinary actions can be anything from giving 1 warning to being immediately removed from the guild and is at the discretion of the Elders.
